WHY WE STARTED.
The beginnings
FYAKA began with a question that would not go away. Why is it so hard to find skincare with ingredients you can actually trust?
We had tried the serums, the routines, the twelve-step systems. And our skin kept telling us something was not right. It was reacting, compensating, stripping, and struggling. Not because skincare was hard. Because we were using the wrong things. So we went back. Back to the ingredients that human skin has always responded to. Back to the formulas that made sense before synthetic shortcuts existed.
We landed on tallow. On carefully sourced botanical oils. On a handful of ingredients chosen because they belong there — not because they were cheap, trendy, or convenient.
